The Oslo-based concert series Periferien proudly presents the Basel-based ensemble Concept Store Quartet for an evening of diverse and innovative music. The program will feature acoustic and electroacoustic works by Stylianos Dimou, Paul Clift, Asia Ahmetjanova, and Anna Sowa.

Founded in 2018, the Concept Store Quartet quickly gained acclaim, winning both First Prize and the Audience Award at the prestigious Concours Nicati in Bern, Switzerland, in August 2019. Over the past five years, the ensemble has been remarkably active on local and international stages, premiering approximately 50 new works and performing in 50 concerts across Switzerland and Europe. The quartet’s members are Alicja Pilarczyk (violin), Pablo González Balaguer (saxophone), Nejz Grm (accordion), and Jeanne Larrouturou (percussion).

Periferien is a key platform for experimental music in Oslo, offering a regular program featuring national and international ensembles and composers dedicated to pushing musical boundaries.
